Evolve are recruiting for a highly-successful Pharmaceutical company with a brand new opportunity working as a CRM / CLM Manager based at their head office in Scotland. This role will be responsible for the implementation and management of a robust and efficient set of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) processes and ensuring the information provided is correct. This system is used by the field-based Representatives when meeting customers to provide product details.
Key roles and responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical CRM / CLM Manager
Localise and adapt the regional strategic and tactical road map for the successful roll out of CLM and improving CRM usage and quality at local level.
Designing, operating and maintaining UK&I local data and operational processes allowing proper functioning of the underlying CRM/CLM platform.
Supporting regional, national and sub-national CRM/CLM activity data reporting.
Territory alignment and alignment rule maintenance.
3rd party data agreements and CRM data maintenance.
Facilitating CRM compliance monitoring.
Supporting e-detailing material maintenance.
Coordinating and leading the regular updating of the CRM/CLM platform (rolling out new releases/features from global), providing super-user training to UK&I affiliate.
Minimum requirements for the Pharmaceutical CRM / CLM Manager
You will be an expert in the areas of commercial excellence, CRM administration, CLM/ digital marketing operations.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights across-countries.
Ability to communicate effectively having a persuasive and credible presentation style, both verbal and presentations.
Strong process/project management, communication and adherence to deadline skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional team in a matrix environment.
